This weight loss recipe is very simple and easy to make. You will need 2 ingredients – garlic and red wine. You will need the following ingredients:

  • 12 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • ½ liter of red wine

Directions:

You need to cut the garlic cloves into small pieces and put them into a jar. And then, you need to add the red wine. Close the jar tightly and place it in a sunny location and keep it there for around 2 weeks, shaking the jar daily. After two weeks, strain the wine and keep it in a dark glass bottle.
