Tuna Diet: Healthy heart, Great for the Line and It lasts only 3 days

 1. Day

Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee or tea, 1/2 grapefruit or fruit juice, 1 toast smeared with peanut butter .

Lunch: 100-150 grams of tuna salad with arugula, chopped small cucumber circles, cherry tomatoes to taste, 1 teaspoon boiled sweet corn and 1 cup of black coffee or tea.

Dinner: 100 grams of roast beef, 200 grams of steamed green beans, 200 grams of grated carrots with a few drops of lemon, a small bowl of vanilla pudding (about 100 grams), 1 medium apple and 1 cup of black coffee, tea or water.

2. Day

Breakfast: 1 cup of black coffee or tea, 1 boiled egg 1 toast, 1 banana.

Lunch: 200 grams of tuna, 5 crackers, 1 cup of black coffee, tea or water.

Dinner: 200 grams of grilled chicken breast, 100 grams of cooked spaghetti, 200 grams of boiled broccoli, 1 banana, a small bowl of vanilla pudding (about 100 grams), 1 cup of black coffee or tea.

3. Day

Breakfast: 1 cup black coffee or tea, 5 crackers, 30 grams of cheese, 1 medium sized apple.

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 toast, 1 cup of black coffee or tea.

Dinner: 200 grams of tuna, 100 grams of cooked spaghetti, 100 cooked cauliflower, 1 medium sized pear, small pudding dish (about 100 grams) and 1 cup of black coffee or tea.

Additional tips

  • Distribute the meals so that the dinner is around 18 pm, and then you mustnt eat nothing.
  • A quick walk 30 minutes is something that you must do during this diet.
  • If you use drugs that are not combined with grapefruit, drink orange juice and lemon.
